Refund policy

Reservations

Daisy may offer customers the ability to reserve access to purchase certain products before they are generally available.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation, your reservation amount will be applied toward your purchase if you choose to complete your order at launch.

If you decide not to complete your purchase, your reservation amount will be returned automatically after launch. Reservation amounts are not redeemable for cash and are not intended to be transferred, sold, or assigned.

We may also cancel and return a reservation if we are unable to fulfill the reservation, if the product becomes unavailable, if we discontinue the reservation program, or if we determine that the reservation violates our Terms of Service.

Product Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for products purchased from Daisy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included accessories, documentation, and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We may request photos or additional information to confirm the condition of the item before approving a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at support@daisysound.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery, missing original packaging or accessories, or otherwise not in returnable condition.

Gift cards, if offered, are not returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union and United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all included accessories, documentation, and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
