What do I do if my headphones aren't loud enough?
If your Daisy One headphones aren't getting as loud as expected, try the following steps depending on how you're connected:

USB-C Audio: Make sure your Daisy One is running the latest firmware.

Apple Music: Go to Music → Settings → Playback → Sound Check and turn Sound Check off.

After making these changes, test the headphones again and contact support if the volume is still low.

Can I use Daisy One when the battery is dead?
